We Offer Numerous Packer Cup Sizes and Materials
Our packer cups come in a wide range of sizes to meet virtually any oilfield, industrial or agricultural application, from as small as 3-1/2" to as large as 26". We also offer ECP cups from 5" to 8-5/8". All Cups 16" and larger are made to order. Custom sizes and casing weights are available. We also offer these cups with custom ID's and with or without o-ring groove. Contact Global for all details and support.
Cups are available in the following types:
- Wire packer cups: Engineered as a directional packing element, our slick type packer cup forms a seal to stop communication from one zone to another. Its automatically sealing lip maintains pressure on the side it’s pointed toward. Wire packer cups are available with multiple inserts and compounds and in a range of casing weights. Depending on the application, they can be installed on custom tools or mandrels as a single or dual cup or in multiple combinations.
- Heavy-duty packer cups: Specifically designed and heat-treated for maximum durability and stability, these packer oilfield cups are ideal for use in washing wells and other applications requiring continuous working of the cup. Thanks to their double-basket design, they’re more resistant than other packer cups to high-pressure applications. Also available are complete heavy-duty packer cup units.
- Threaded packer cups
- All-rubber packer cups: We make these packer cups from high-quality, abrasion-resistant rubber compounds that reduce the impact of wear and tear. Without any wiring or metal in the cup, all-rubber cups are more flexible that other types.
- Threaded packer cups: Threaded and all-rubber threaded packer cups are best-suited for steaming applications. The integrated threaded insert facilitates the connection of an assembly or tool. Note that threaded packer cups are not engineered for high-pressure wash processes.
- Single basket packer cup units: These units are equipped with specially designed single basket inserts.
All of our packer cup products are made from high-quality, durable materials like Nitrile, Aflas and Viton to ensure optimal performance. If your needs call for packer replacement parts, you’ll also find an assortment of packer elements in a variety of styles. These are also made from reliable and durable materials to ensure top performance.
